This model typically features two 5-liter extraction vessels, allowing for parallel operation to maximize throughput and minimize downtime during loading and unloading. The system operates at a maximum working pressure of 40 MPa and a maximum working temperature of 80°C, ensuring CO₂ remains in its supercritical state for optimal extraction efficiency. Key components include a high-pressure CO₂ pump with a flow rate of up to 50L/h, a co-solvent pump for extracting more polar substances, and a CO₂ recovery system to recycle CO₂ below 6 MPa. Additionally, the system features a chiller to liquefy gaseous CO₂ and cool the pump head, as well as a heat exchange system and water pumps for temperature control. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the equipment ensures durability and compliance with industry standards.
