The Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Machine – 50L (25L × 2) Model is a robust and efficient system engineered for extracting high-purity bioactive compounds using supercritical fluid technology. It includes two 25-liter extraction vessels with a maximum working pressure of 35MPa and temperature of 80°C. The setup also features dual separation vessels, a triple-plunger CO₂ high-pressure pump with 400L/h flow rate, a co-solvent pump, water pumps, chiller, heat exchangers, CO₂ recovery pumps, and a 100L CO₂ storage tank. All components are made from durable stainless steel 304 to ensure long-term operation and product safety. The machine integrates a touchscreen-based control and data acquisition system for easy operation, precise control, and data recording. This model is ideal for applications in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and herbal industries where clean and solvent-free extraction is essential.
