The 6L (5L + 1L) Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Machine is a compact, lab-scale system designed for efficient, solvent-free extraction of essential oils, cannabinoids, and other bioactive compounds from botanical materials. This configuration includes two extraction vessels—one 5-liter and one 1-liter—allowing for flexible processing of different batch sizes. The system operates at a maximum working pressure of 50 MPa and a maximum working temperature of 85°C, ensuring CO₂ remains in its supercritical state for optimal extraction efficiency. Key components include a high-pressure CO₂ pump with a flow rate of 50L/h, a co-solvent pump for extracting more polar substances, and a CO₂ recovery system to recycle CO₂ below 6 MPa. Additionally, the system features a chiller to liquefy gaseous CO₂ and cool the pump head, as well as a heat exchange system and water pumps for temperature control. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the equipment ensures durability and compliance with industry standards. This model is suitable for applications in industries such as hemp, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and herbal extraction, offering a balance between capacity and operational flexibility
