Welcome to Best Engineering Technologies
is a compact, lab-scale system designed for research, pilot testing, and small-batch extraction of essential oils, active plant compounds, and other bioactives. With a 500 ml stainless steel extraction vessel, this model is capable of operating at high pressures (up to approximately 45 MPa) and temperatures (up to 85 °C), enabling efficient extraction using supercritical CO₂ as a clean, non-toxic solvent. It is typically equipped with two separation vessels—one around 250 ml and the other about 100 ml—for precise separation and fractionation of extracted components. The system includes a high-pressure CO₂ pump with a flow rate of up to 50 L/h and may also feature a co-solvent pump for extracting more polar substances. Temperature control, safety interlocks, and real-time parameter monitoring ensure safe and accurate operation. This model is ideal for universities, R&D labs, and companies conducting product development, offering a controlled environment to optimize extraction parameters before scaling up to larger systems.
