The Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Machine – 300L (150L × 2) Model is a large-scale, industrial-grade system designed for high-throughput extraction of essential oils, plant actives, and other bioactive compounds. It features two extraction vessels, each with a 150-liter capacity, engineered to operate at pressures up to 45MPa and temperatures up to 80°C. The system is equipped with dual separation vessels, a high-flow CO₂ plunger pump, co-solvent pump, water circulation units, chillers, heat exchangers, and a CO₂ recovery system. All components are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304 for long-term durability and compliance with hygiene standards. A fully integrated touchscreen control system allows precise operation, temperature and pressure regulation, and real-time data acquisition. This model is ideal for commercial-scale production in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and natural product extraction.
