The system operates at a maximum working pressure of 45 MPa and a maximum working temperature of 80 °C, ensuring CO₂ remains in its supercritical state for optimal extraction efficiency. Key components include a high-pressure CO₂ pump with a flow rate of up to 50 L/h, a co-solvent pump for extracting more polar substances, and a CO₂ recovery system to recycle CO₂ below 6 MPa. Additionally, the system features a chiller to liquefy gaseous CO₂ and cool the pump head, as well as a heat exchange system and water pumps for temperature control. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the equipment ensures durability and compliance with industry standards. This model is suitable for applications in industries such as hemp, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and herbal extraction, offering a balance between capacity and operational flexibility.
