We are specialized to manufacture and supply of Herbal Extraction Plants for various kind of raw materials from various parts of a plant or tree like the leaves, the flowers, the seeds, the root, rhizomes, etc.

The process line and technology differs from Herb to Herb depends upon the solubility of rich component and its purification. Our plant is designed accordingly to suit for all applications.

Our plant consists of Perculation extractor with counter current system to reduce the use of Alcohol and thereby reduce the distillation time for Alcohol recovery. We adopt Evaporator under vacuum or Multi Effect Distillation or Falling Film or Raising Film Evaporator as per customer requirement.
