The Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Machine – 60L (30L × 2) Model is a high-performance industrial extraction system designed for the efficient extraction of essential oils, plant compounds, and active ingredients. It features two extraction vessels, each with a capacity of 30 liters, operating at a maximum pressure of 50MPa and temperature up to 80°C. The system includes dual separation vessels, a CO₂ high-pressure pump, co-solvent pump, chiller, heat exchange system, and CO₂ recovery unit. Built entirely from stainless steel 304, it ensures hygiene, durability, and corrosion resistance. Safety is enhanced with pressure relief valves and an integrated temperature control system. A touchscreen-based control system allows for precise operation, data monitoring, and automatic control of the process. This model is ideal for commercial applications in pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and natural product industries.
