The Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Machine – 30L (15L × 2) Model is a compact and efficient extraction system designed for precise and solvent-free extraction of essential oils, plant extracts, and active ingredients. It features two 15-liter extraction vessels, each with a maximum working pressure of 35MPa and a temperature capacity of up to 80°C. The system includes two separation vessels, a high-pressure CO₂ pump, co-solvent pump, water circulation system, chiller, heat exchangers, and a CO₂ recovery unit. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel 304, the machine ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic processing. The integrated touchscreen control system allows for automated operation, real-time monitoring, and data logging. Ideal for small to medium-scale production in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and botanical industries.
